Invented music genres 'Pop Noir' (Jazz/Punk attitude, Classical ambience,
hypnotic grooves, sexy or gritty lyrics and a filmic feel) & 'Ska Surf' (The
surf guitar twang or the new chilled beach flavour meets traditional 60's Ska
with added humour thrown in).
Produced Cult act 'Eleanor Rigby' who many
sited as an influence when Britpop came along. Other hit or cult artists
produced included multi million sellers 'The Honeycombs' and 'The Lambrettas'.
Although he has produced a number one hit (You Only Live Twice by Eleanor
Rigby) He turned down producing many mainstream acts in favour of doing more
cutting edge stuff.
He wrote over 50 songs commercially released, this include most of Eleanor Rigby's releases, The same goes for Ministry of Ska and he was the main songwriter for Box Office Poison and his new band 'Psykick Holiday' a well as writing for artist like Misty Woods etc. He has also been asked to write for a number of Films. Won international poem of the year for 'Magic' (Also used as song lyric)
Published Author of the Book 'Music Business Bastards (How to do well in the
Music Business without getting ripped off)', Which made a profit as both a
paperback and Interactive CD-ROM.

He is the Worlds leading Punk Cellist (Mainly because he is the only one). He has devised a new sounding cello sound and style of playing that adds something different to many recordings he has played on as well as live performances.
Has had many of his photos featured in magazines and newspapers. Featured on record sleeves and posters. Won an award for one of best photos of year 'Misty Cello'. Professionally paid for photo shoots for Models and Pop groups. Invented 'Alien Art' as new Art genre. Also worked as Stylist & Image consultant in Photography. Offered exhibitions in Tokyo, London & Berlin.
Considered one of the top A&R people of his generation discovering and
signing over 50 artists. An expert at putting together the right song with the
right artist. Ran influential Mod label 'Waterloo Sunset Records ' plus (The
short lived) Dr.Martens record label plus the respected and groundbreaking
Future Legend Records. Thought up many legendary promotions that got worldwide
coverage.Does Music Business consulting as well.
Record releases gone out via
Sony, EMI, BMG, Pinnacle, Universal, Greyhound, Backs. Rough Trade, SRD, One
Stop, Caroline, Lasgo's, Windsong,People sound & Beehive (many of whom
offered in top jobs in various capacities.
Was one of the youngest ever D.j's in England starting at age 15 and went onto to become one of the Top D.J's in Europe not many years later playing big venues before it was the common thing to do before retiring at the height of his popularity to concentrate on record producing and song writing.
As well as concentrating on Writing and Directing film & T. V scripts and
continuing to produce acts he has some more innovative new styles of music to
put out. He is also interested to collaborate with like-minded people in all
areas.
Although retired as a D.J he is always open to interesting offers.
Although the Photography & Art has taken a back seat lately again he is
always approachable to do professional photo sessions and when time permits will
commit to exhibitions he has been offered Worldwide.
